Does this spell strip a whitelighter/witch such as Paige of all her powers? Or, does it just strip a witch's powers?

I believe this spell strips Paige of all of her powers, witch and whitelighter alike. I think it has to do with the wording of the different spells. The spell To Call A Witch's Power is pretty specific. Powers of the witches' rise Course unseen across the skies Come to us who call you near Come to us and settle here The spell To Disempower A Witch, while specific in title, is a lot more general in actual content and its decry to the magical forces. Before the passing of this hour Take away all of their powers Instead of judging the spells by the title bestowed upon them, we need to look at each spell's actual content. It's the content of the spell itself, not its title, that dictates the effects of these spells after all.
