Maybe it's just me but if the Oracle and the Seers could see into the future, what makes Phoebe's power of future-vision so special? Seems to me if you could grab an exploding demon and a shimmer demon, you could put them together with the Seer and have another power of three demonic version, eh?

Two comments: unless these demons were related by birth, they would lack the bond that the three sisters had. It's part of their Charm!
Second, didn't we already see this in When Bad Warlocks Turn Good? The anti-Charmed warlocks are on the way. Only problem: one of them wants to become a priest. Had this been followed through, it would have severely impaired Charmed's ability to function and develop story lines around Cole, the Source, Zankou, etc. Thank goodness, this was abandoned in Season 1.

Well a common assumption about the Charmed Ones is not only did they have the 3 prophesized powers, but that their versions of the powers were infact some of the most powerful to exist. I mean sure we saw that dam warlock that could free in WitchStunk and Patty could also freeze, but neither of them seemed to develop the power evolution to also combust? Nor did we see any kind of indication that even their power to freeze could reach Morality Bites' Piper's freezing potential. Phoebe is a bit more of a debatable cast though. In some ways her power didn't seem as controlled as that of either of the Seers, but then again she also didn't really use it as much, and in Witchness Protection, Kyra did indicate that premonitions at will without touching was something that came with time. Although even with Phoebe there is evidence that her power may yet be more advanced. Her ability to basically AP into the future certainly seems like a step above just seeing the future?
As far as other demons harnessing the Power of Three. As much as I actually enjoyed most of Repo Manor it still annoys me to no end that simply by shapeshifting into the Charmed Ones, that the demons (Patra, Phoenix, & Pilar) were actually able to tap into the P3? That just seemed so awfully contrived...
Especially when we know that there has to be more to there being the Charmed Ones than just being three witches witches. I mean we pretty much know that the Charmed Ones weren't even the first set of three sisters in the Warren family. For the past lives of Prue, Piper, and Phoebe to have all been each others cousin, and for there to be no males born into the Warren line, then that means that they had to have 3 mothers that were sisters...
I think it's sort of unfair to say they never followed up on it since I don't think they ever really gave any kind of indication that the Rowe Anti-Charmed Ones were ever supposed to be anything more than a one-shot episode. I mean there was absolutely zero development or foreshadowing of the Anti-Charmed Ones plot, and the Rowe's even seemed to be made rather pathetic in the power department.
A part of me was sort of hoping that at some point they would find a way to bring them back towards the end of the show as they were supposed to be the actual evil answer to the P3. While they made it that Brendan was basically above being turned, I sort of held out some hope that the Rowes like the Halliwells might in fact have a fourth sibiling that they just didn't know existed at the time...

Yes, that would have been a much better ultimate battle than the Christy/Billie/TRIAD version. The Rowe brothers (two brothers, plus a half-brother) versus the Charmed Ones. Bring it on!
