A witty spoof of the classic TV show I Dream of Jeanie with Phoebe once again cast with a wig. Better - or worse - depending on your point of view, Phoebe dons clothes similar to those worn in that classic 60s show, I Dream of Jeanie. So, unlike Lost and Bound, where Phoebe only talked the part of Samantha Stevens (Bewitched), Phoebe gets a chance to be a genie. Of course, Paige goes for the juggular when she asks the question the audience expects/dreads about Major Nelson. That Charmed - and Paige - can pull this off is brilliant.

Aoart from the spoofing of I Dream of Jeanie, this episode does shed some light on the issue of Chris. In The Legend of Sleepy Halliwell, Phoebe has already discovered Chris's secret. Now, he seeks Phoebe's help in securing his own conception. Phoebe notes the irony in the request since Chris was instrumental in breaking up his own parents. Chris acknowledges that and claims it was the only way he could become the Charmed Ones' whitelighter in order to direct action to prevent Wyatt from turning evil.
