Was it so wrong to look at a calendar before writing an episode?
"From Fear To Eternity":
Now in 1998, there were only three Friday the 13ths: - February 13 - March 13 - November 13
In the Charmedverse timeline, the pilot begins on September 22, 1998, the night of the Autumnal Equinox. Prue's birthday follows suit in 1x04 in October. So the only possible date would be November 13. However, the Vernal (Spring) Equinox that Tanjella invited Prue and Phoebe to was on March 20, which is close to the March Friday the 13th, but in no way makes sense with the previously established timeline.
Then in "Ms. Hellfire," it's supposed to be 1999 by now and another Friday the 13th. However, the only 13th of Friday in that year is August 13. Yet in 2x01, the sisters have celebrated their one year anniversary as witches on September 23, 1999, meaning the only Friday the 13th that year already happened long before 2x09, the latter of which most likely takes place in December 1999.

Why should we expect them to consult a calendar when a) the very idea of the episode Once in a Blue Moon as something so rare that it only happens once every 50 years or so is ridiculous (We just had one in December 2009!) and b) in Centennial Charmed we can't even get Paige's birth year correct. Don't even get me started on teenage mother's and Witchstock!
