One of a handful of truly great Charmed episodes, this episode tantalizes fans with a frightening vision of a future where absolute power has been acquired by an Evil Wyatt who is adamant in removing all threats to his rule. Bianca, Chris's fiancee, is sent back in time to strip Chris of his powers and to return him to the future to face his older brother. Bianca reluctantly accepts this assignment after learning that Wyatt has successfully reworked the time travel spell to allow for two-way travel. If she cannot bring back Chris alive, other assassin witches will follow. None of these will attempt to return Chris alive. Only Bianca can hope to persuade Chris that their cause (Chris and Bianca's is lost).

A question arose in the Charmed Cafe concerning which powers Bianca strips Chris of. One interpretation - perhaps the majority one - suggests that all his powers are stripped, even though the dialogue never uses that word. My interpretation is that only his witch powers were stripped. And, use of his whitelighter power to escape before Bianca had finished her her job.
In the event, here is all of the relevant dialogue:
The first scene takes place in the garden spot near the Golden Gate Bridge.
Bianca: You really shouldn't try to orb any more, you know. It could kill you.
Chris: Is that what you want?
Bianca: If that's what I wanted, you'd already be dead. All I want is to bring you back.
Chris: How'd you know I'd be here.
Bianca: Same reason you knew I'd be waiting here. This is still our spot, isn't it?
Chris: No! This is what we hoped it would be. This is what we were trying to preserve for our future. Do you remember?
Bianca: We were naive to think we could change anything, to stop him.
Chris: You don't believe that. Or, at least you didn't.
Bianca: Well, I do now.
Chris: What happened to you, Bianca? How did he turn you back?
Bianca: That's not important. What is important is that I was interrupted in stripping you of your powers. And, if I don't finish what I started, you'll die soon. Think of it as an infection and I'm the only one with an antidote.
Chris: Here or there, I'm dead anyway.
Bianca: No, he gave me his word he wouldn't hurt you. Please, Chris, don't make this any harder than it has to be.
(Chris orbs safely away before Bianca can clasp onto him.)
In the manor, as Leo tries to heal Chris after the Charmed Ones and he have discovered his hidden wound. This dialogue ensues:
Piper: What's the problem?
Leo. He's not healing. Something's draining his powers and blocking mine. It's like a virus.
Piper: A virus named Bianca.
At Bianca's mother's apartment, the following dialogue occurs:
Bianca: Just let me finish what I started. You'll feel better soon, I promise. That's it. Easy does it. Slow breaths.
Chris: What did you do to me?
Bianca: I just saved your life.
Chris: By taking away my powers?
After the Charmed Ones orb in, the following dialogue occurs.
Paige: Piper, freeze them.
Piper: I get why she didn't freeze, but why didn't he.
Phoebe: Unless he's a ....
Chris: I'm a witch. That's right. Part witch, part whitelighter just like you Paige.
Paige: You lied to us?
Chris: I had to. It was the only way I could get you to trust me.
Phoebe: Trust you?
Chris: Never mind. It doesn't matter anyway.
Piper: So that's it? You're just gonna leave?
Chris: I don't have a choice. She stripped my powers. Look's like Leo's going to have to fix that floorboard without me. (To Bianca) Let's go.
In the attic, Paige furiously composes a spell that Piper will place under the floorboard in order for Chris to get back his powers. Here's the spell Paige composed:
Powers of the witches rise Come to me from across the skies Return my magic, give me back All that was taken from the attack
